2. Product Availability
Products may sell quickly, and availability is not guaranteed. Orders may be canceled after confirmation due to stock depletion. In rare cases, a shipping confirmation may be sent before an item becomes unavailable. In such cases, IFAD Jewelry reserves the right to cancel the order without penalty.
For back-ordered items, customers can contact us for restock estimates. We strive to update availability promptly, but errors may occur.
3. Pricing and Errors
We endeavor to provide accurate product pricing, but errors may occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to correct it. If an order is placed at an incorrect price, we may cancel or request additional payment. Prices are subject to change without notice.
IFAD Jewelry does not negotiate product prices. All listed prices are final.
4. Payment Information
By entering your payment details and submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the amount to your selected payment method.
5. Diamond Certificates
Loose diamonds are shipped with grading reports. A $150 fee (or equivalent) applies if the report is not returned with a returned diamond.
6. Comparison Purchasing
To maintain competitive pricing, we prohibit purchasing multiple items with the intent of returning some for comparison. For product inquiries, contact our experts at service@ifadj.ae.
7. Site Content & Intellectual Property
All Site content, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of IFAD Jewelry or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Site belong to IFAD Jewelry and may not be copied without written consent.
8. Use of the Site
The Site grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use includes:

We source diamonds exclusively from suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process, ensuring they are conflict-free.
